That Single Family Lot Size Policy 5420 (Section 36-4-7), be amended to exclude the following properties:

10040 Railway Ave. through to and including 10720 Railway Ave.;

The intent of this exclusion is to permit these properties to subdivide into smaller lots (e.g. minimum 9 meter width and 24 meter depth; 270 square meter minimum lot size; 0.6 maximum floor area ratio; etc.) than currently permitted under Policy 5420.   This action is consistent with the Arterial Road Redevelopment and Lane Establishment Policies.
