Purpose:

To amend the Steveston Area Plan to address the special heritage character of Steveston Village (including policies and design guidelines), and to designate Steveston Village as Heritage Conservation Area.

Purpose:

To amend “Steveston Commercial (Two-Storey) District (C4)” to: allow for pedestrian passages to the rear lanes, and to regulate building setbacks from public roads.
