STAFF RECOMMENDATION

That:

(i)

the 2009 – 2016 Richmond Child Care Strategy and Implementation Plan recommended actions be endorsed as objectives for the provision of child care in Richmond;

(ii)

staff provide further information, options and recommendations regarding the implementation of the proposed City of Richmond actions; and

(iii)

copies be sent to stakeholders for their consideration and comments by mid 2010.
