In reply to queries from Council, Mr. Jackson advised that (i) the hedge currently on the subject sites cannot be retained due to the grade change required for this application, however, the applicant is in contact with an adjacent property owner and anticipates to plant a new line of trees; and (ii) the applicant will be given a copy of the City’s Good Neighbour Policy.
