         4171 and 4191 Coldfall Road.

 

The intent of this exclusion is to permit these properties to subdivide into lots smaller than R1/E (18 metre wide lots) that are currently permitted under Policy 5437.   This action is consistent with the Arterial Road Redevelopment Policy 7017.
