That the Consolidated 5 Year Financial Plan (2021-2025) Bylaw No. 10239, Amendment Bylaw No. 10292, which incorporates and puts into effect the changes as outlined in the staff report titled “Amendments to the Consolidated 5 Year Financial Plan (2021-2025) Bylaw No. 10239” dated August 30, 2021, from the Acting General Manager, Finance and Corporate Services, be introduced and given first, second and third readings. |

Consolidated Fees Bylaw No. 8636, Amendment Bylaw No. 10283 |
|
|
Staff referenced a memorandum (attached to and forming part of these minutes as Schedule 1), noting a correction to proposed bylaw, under Parking (off-street) Regulation, with 8660 Beckwith Road having a $3.00 per day parking charge. |
|
|
In reply to queries from Committee regarding animal control bylaw fees for non-neutered or non-spayed dogs, staff noted that consideration of the fees will be reviewed for dogs less than one year old. |

That Permissive Property Tax Exemption (2022) Bylaw No. 10266 be introduced and given first, second and third readings. |

The question on the motion was not called as discussion ensued with regard to the farming activity along the No. 5 Road Backlands. Staff noted that there has been a reduction of farming activity in the area due to the Pandemic. It was then suggested that farming activity be encouraged in the area and that staff monitor such activity in the coming year. |

|
The question on the motion was then called and it was CARRIED. |
