2.

Vary the provisions of Richmond Zoning Bylaw 8500 to:

 

 

 

a)

reduce the south side yard setback from 2.0 m to 1.36 m for a single-storey electrical closet attached to the building; and

 

 

 

b)

allow a total of 24 tandem parking spaces in 12 townhouse units.
