Motion to adopt the minutes of the meeting of the Development Permit Panel held on Wednesday, April 28, 2010.

INTENT OF PERMIT:

 

 

1.

To permit the construction of 26 three-storey townhouse units at 4071, 4091, 4111 and 4131 No. 4 Road on a site zoned “Town Housing (ZT67)”; and

 

 

2.

To vary the provisions of Richmond Zoning Bylaw 8500 to:

 

 

 

a)

reduce the minimum lot size from 0.5 ha. (1.24 ac.) to 0.45 ha. (1.11 ac.); and

 

 

 

b)

reduce the minimum south side yard setback from 3.0 m to 1.62 m to allow a freestanding garbage and recycling enclosure to encroach into the side yard setback.

 

 

Manager’s Recommendations

 

 

That a Development Permit be issued which would:

 

 

1.
