To vary the provisions of Richmond Zoning Bylaw 8500 to: |

reduce the minimum lot size from 0.5 ha. (1.24 ac.) to 0.45 ha. (1.11 ac.); and |

b) |
reduce the minimum south side yard setback from 3.0 m to 1.62 m to allow a freestanding garbage and recycling enclosure to encroach into the side yard setback. |
