To permit the construction of a residential development consisting of 251 units distributed among three (3) separate six-storey mid-rise apartment blocks, as well as approximately 176.40 m² (1,888 ft²) of indoor amenity space, together with a daycare space in a two (2) level building of approximately 6,800 ft² (632 m²) at 9340, 9360 and 9400 Cambie Road on “Area A” of a site zoned “Comprehensive Development District (CD/196)”; and |

To vary the provisions of the Zoning and Development Bylaw No. 5300 to: |

a) |
increase the proportion of allowed small car parking spaces permitted from 70% to 78%; and |

reduce the side (west) yard setback to 3.0 m for the compactor/recycling room. |

That a Development Permit be issued which would: |
