INTENT OF PERMIT:

To vary the provisions of the Zoning and Development Bylaw No. 5300:

a)

to increase the maximum building height of the “Business Park Industrial District  (I3)” from 12 m (39.4 ft) to 14 m (46 ft);

b)

to relax the parking requirements for commercial office use from 110 to 105 parking spaces; and,

c)

to increase the maximum percentage of small car parking spaces from 30%                   to 32%

in order to permit construction of a 3-storey office building.

Advice was given that correspondence, dated January 22, 2007, had been received from the applicant requesting that the application be withdrawn, and this request was agreed to by the panel.
