Panel Discussion

In response to a question by the Chair about accessible units, Mr. Yoshi Mikamo, Technologist, T. Yamamoto Architect Inc., advised that there is one convertible unit that would only require minimum modifications to be fully accessible.

In response to a question by the Chair about removal and storage of two trees,

Mr. Mikamo advised that the arborist had identified two existing trees for retention and transplanting.  The trees will be stored during construction and planted on site in new locations.  An arborist and tree mover have been hired, and replacement trees would be planted for the 16 trees to be removed.
