The question on Resolution R15/1-6 was not called as in reply to a query regarding Zoning Bylaw No. 8500, Amendment Bylaw No. 9095 (11320/11340 Kingsgrove Avenue, RZ 13-632272), Mayor Brodie confirmed with the Corporate Officer that Councillors Day and Loo received information as per section 894(2) of the Local Government Act. |

|
Discussion took place regarding the height of the proposed development, and its location and it was noted that it is not situated on an arterial road. As a result, a referral motion to refer the application back to staff for further analysis was introduced but failed to receive a seconder. |
|
|
|
|
As a result of the discussion, there was agreement to deal with Richmond Zoning Bylaw No. 8500, Amendment Bylaw No. 9095 separately. |
|
|
|
|
The question on Resolution R15/1-6, with regard to Road Closure and Removal of Road Dedication (Road Adjacent to 8451 Bridgeport Road) Bylaw No. 8971 and Business Regulation Bylaw No. 7538, Amendment Bylaw No. 9191, was then called and it was CARRIED. |

The question on Resolution R15/1-6, with regard to Richmond Zoning Bylaw No. 8500, Amendment Bylaw No. 9095 (11320/11340 Kingsgrove Avenue, RZ 13-632272) was the called and it was CARRIED with Cllr. Day opposed. |
