(1)

That the minutes of the Development Permit Panel meeting held on Wednesday, December 10, 2008, and the Chair’s report for the Development Permit Panel meeting held on Wednesday, December 10, 2008, be received for information.

(2)

That the recommendation of the Panel to authorize the issuance of a Development Permit (DP 08-406340) which supplements the existing Development Permit (DP 05-317013) to reflect changes resulting from the construction of an additional 1,856 m² (19,977 ft²) of hotel space at 3099 Corvette Way (formerly 8200 Corvette Way) on a site zoned “Comprehensive Development District (CD/173)” be endorsed, and the Permit so issued.
