That the report titled “Municipal Top-Ups for Heat Pump Retrofits in Existing Ground-Oriented Residential Homes” from the Director, Sustainability and District Energy, dated May 6, 2024, be endorsed; |
||
|
|
(2) |
That the City enter into a Municipal Contribution Agreement with the Province of BC and BC Hydro to offer top-up incentives for heat pump and electrical service upgrades for ground-oriented residential homes in Richmond, and the General Manager, Engineering and Public Works/Deputy Chief Administrative Officer or Chief Administrative Officer be authorized to execute the agreement; and |

(3) |
That the Consolidated 5 Year Financial Plan (2024-2028) be amended accordingly. |
