In response to questions from Council, Jeffrey Wu, the applicant’s representative, advised tree retention and preservation was deemed a priority after consultation with an arborist and the design was adapted accordingly. |

Gurdial Dale Badh, Realtor, ReMax Real Estate Services, expressed concern regarding prohibitive costs and the time involved in the removal of Environmental Sensitive Area (ESA) designations to implement farming on properties and requested alternate measures to remove ESA designations. |

Navi Boyal, Realtor, ReMax Real Estate Services, expressed concern that costs are prohibitive to implement farming in comparison with other communities. |
