Amy Bring of 8391 Ryan Road expressed concern about the development devaluing her property, and wondered if an exception could be made in the zoning bylaw so that her property, which does not comply with zoning bylaw regulations governing the sub-division of lots, could be rezoned if so desired. The Chair advised Ms. Bring to consult with staff on the matter. |
