Purpose:

To create “Comprehensive Development District (C/D 195) and rezone the subject property from “Single-Family Housing District, Subdivision Area E (R1/E)” to “Comprehensive Development District (CD/195)”, to permit development of 211 units (170 market apartment units, 35 rental apartment units, and 6 townhouse units) and associated amenity space over two (2) levels of parking.
