Purpose of OCP Amendment Bylaw 7972:

 

 

 

To amend the land use designation for 12060 Steveston Highway from "Business and Industry" to "Commercial" and to include the subject site in the Development Permit Area Map in the Ironwood Sub-Area Plan.

 

 

 

Purpose of Zoning Amendment Bylaw 7973:

 

 

 

To rezone 12060 Steveston Highway from “Agricultural District (AG1)” to “Comprehensive Development District (CD/161)” in order to permit a small commercial development consisting of approximately 650 m2 (7,000 sq. ft.) of commercial floor area.
