Purpose

To amend the McLennan South Sub-Area Plan such that the designation of the area currently described on the Land Use map as Residential, Historic Single-Family, 2 storeys max., 0.55 base F.A.R. is expanded to indicate that single-family development in this area must have a minimum:

  • Lot frontage of 18 m (59 ft.), and 

  • Lot area of 550 m2 (5,920 ft2) fronting Bridge and Ash Streets; and

  • Lot frontage of 12 m (39 ft.), and

  • Lot area of 360 m2 (3,875 ft2), fronting General Currie Road and new roads.

 

 

 

 

with related text and map amendments clarifying the:

  • Land Use Map;

  • Circulation Map;

  • Conditions under which new roads may vary from the plan;

  • Intended form of and access to adjacent multiple-family development;

  • Minimum single-family building setbacks from public roads; and
