STAFF RECOMMENDATION

(1)

That the report (dated December 3^rd, 2003, from the Director of Finance), regarding the 2004 Operating Budget referrals, be received for information.
 

(2)

That the 2004 Operating Budget report with an average tax increase impact of 4.45% be approved as the basis for preparing the 5 Year Financial Plan (2004-2008).

2004 RCMP ADDITIONAL LEVEL REFERRALS

That the RCMP additional level to increase the complement by six (6) officers be approved for inclusion as part of the 2004 Operating Budget.
