STAFF RECOMMENDATION

That the City grants (identified in the report dated December 9^th, 2002, from the Manager, Customer Services) for Health, Social Services, Cultural and Community Promotions, be approved and the cheques disbursed for a total of $289,950.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

That:

(1)

the report (dated January 8^th, 2003, from the General Manager, Finance & Corporate Services), regarding the 2003 Capital Plan Referrals, be received for information;

(2)

the 2003 Capital Plan final draft be adopted for inclusion in the 2003 Five Year Financial Plan (2003-2007) (the final draft is to be determined during the General Purposes Committee meeting on January 20, 2003); and

(3)

staff be authorized to commence construction of the 2003 projects.

That:

the report (dated January 8^th, 2003, from the Director of Finance), regarding the 2003 Operating Budget Referrals, be received for information.

the 2003 Operating Budget final draft be approved as the basis for preparing the 5 Year Financial Plan (2003-2007) (the final draft is to be determined during the General Purposes Committee meeting on January 20, 2003.)
