the City of Richmond enter into a negotiated contract with Makum Construction Ltd. for renovations at the 7577 Elmbridge Way Provincial Courthouse facilities for the base amount of $3,882,000 plus GST; and |
|
|
(2) |
the Tendering Procedure for the Richmond Provincial Courthouse Renovations presented in Appendix A to this report, be endorsed. |
