| (1) | Rescind its existing Gaming Policy 5034 and 5034.01; and | ||

Support an expansion of gaming in Richmond subject to the expanded gaming being consistent with provincial policy, there being a significant financial benefit to the City of Richmond and a detailed review of a specific expansion or relocation proposal. |
