Motion to adopt the minutes of the meeting of the Development Permit Panel held on Wednesday, July 25, 2012.

2.

Vary the provisions of Richmond Zoning Bylaw 8500 to:

 

 

 

(a)

2.

Vary the provisions of Richmond Zoning Bylaw 8500 to:
