INTENT OF PERMIT:

1.

To permit the construction of a 6,330m2 three storey office building on a site zoned Business Park Industrial District (I3); and

2.

To vary the provisions of the Zoning and Development Bylaw No. 5300 to:

a)

increase the maximum building height from 12.0 m to 16.7 m;

b)

reduce the minimum road setback to Shellbridge Way from 6.0 m to 3.85 m, and;

c)

increase the maximum number of small car parking spaces permitted from 30% to 36%.

Manager’s Recommendations

That a Development Permit be issued which would:

1.

Permit the construction of a 6,330m2 three storey office building at 10851 Shellbridge Way (Airport Executive Park Building 6) on a site zoned Business Park Industrial District (I3); and

2.

Vary the provisions of the Zoning and Development Bylaw No. 5300 to:

a)

increase the maximum building height from 12.0 m to 16.7 m;

b)

reduce the minimum road setback to Shellbridge Way from 6.0 m to 3.85 m, and;

c)

increase the maximum number of small car parking spaces permitted from 30% to 36%.
