INTENT OF PERMIT: |

1. |
To permit the construction of a 6,330m2 three storey office building on a site zoned Business Park Industrial District (I3); and |

2. |
To vary the provisions of the Zoning and Development Bylaw No. 5300 to: |
| ||||
|
|
a) |
increase the maximum building height from 12.0 m to 16.7 m; |
| |||
|
|
b) |
reduce the minimum road setback to Shellbridge Way from 6.0 m to 3.85 m, and; |
| |||
|
|
c) |
increase the maximum number of small car parking spaces permitted from 30% to 36%. |

That a Development Permit be issued which would: |

2. |
Vary the provisions of the Zoning and Development Bylaw No. 5300 to: |
