That Resolution No. R04/14-32 with respect to the adoption of Zoning & Development Bylaw No. 5300, Amendment Bylaw No. 7699 (6180 and 6200 Garden City Road and 9020, 9040, 9060, 9100, 9140, and 9200 Ferndale Road), BE RESCINDED.

BYLAWS FOR ADOPTION

That the following bylaws be adopted:
 

 

 

Zoning & Development Bylaw No. 5300, Amendment Bylaw No. 7698 (To create a new multiple-family residential zone, Comprehensive Development District (CD/144).)

 

 

 

Zoning & Development Bylaw No. 5300, Amendment Bylaw No. 7699 (6180 and 6200 Garden City Road, 9020, 9040, 9060, 9100, 9140, 9200 Ferndale Road, RZ 03-254763)

 

 

 

Public Health Protection Bylaw No. 6989, Amendment Bylaw No. 7744 (Mosquito Control)

 

 

 

Business Regulation Bylaw No. 7538, Amendment Bylaw No. 7767 (To amend Schedule A to include Unit #1 6360 No. 3 Road among the geographic areas in which a video arcade may operate.)

Mayor Brodie advised that the meeting would now be recessed until the conclusion of the Special (closed) Council Meeting (4:06 p.m.).

 

 

The open meeting reconvened at 6:20 p.m.
