support for cANADIAN cHINESE TABLE TENNIS FEDERATION event
|
|

RECOMMENDATION |
|
|
|
|
That the City: |
|
|
|
|
a) |
support the 3rd World Junior Circuit Final and Continental Cadet Challenge of 2003; |
|
|
|
b) |
declare the week of October 27, 2003 through November 2, 2003 as YOUTH RENDEZ-VOUS 2003 week; |
|
|
|
c) |
expedite the issuance of necessary permits for the event; |
|
|
|
d) |
provide an in-kind contribution for the hanging of 50 event banners; and |
|
|
|
e) |
that staff create City sponsorship event guidelines. |
