That a letter be sent from the Mayor to the Minister of Environment and Parks requesting that, using the findings from the 2025 Preventing Non-Residential Packaging Waste Engagement Report, the Province enact legislation for businesses and institutions to submit waste prevention plans, conduct audits, or implement specific waste prevention actions. |
