To amend Schedule 1 of Richmond Official Community Plan Bylaw 9000 (City of Richmond 2041 OCP Land Use Map) by re-designating the northern portion of 9511 Granville Avenue from “Neighbourhood Residential” to “School”, and to amend Schedule 2.10 (McLennan North Sub-Area Plan) of Richmond Official Community Plan Bylaw 7100 by re-designating of the northern portion of 9511 Granville Avenue from “Residential Area 3” to “School”.

 

 

Purpose of Zoning Amendment:

To rezone the subject property from the “Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing (RSM/XL)” to the “Town Housing (ZT105) – North McLennan (City Centre)” zone and the “School & Institutional Use (SI)” zone on the northern portion of the site, to permit the development of 12 townhouse units.
