Call to Order:

The Chair called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

It was moved and seconded

That Councillor Loo be permitted to join the meeting electronically.

CARRIED

Cllr. Loo entered the meeting by teleconference (4:01 p.m.).

CLOSURE OF THE COMMITTEE MEETING TO THE PUBLIC AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE COMMUNITY CHARTER CLOSED MEETING CRITERIA

It was moved and seconded

Committee hereby declares that the meeting held on March 16, 2026, is to be closed to the public, and that the basis of this closure is that the following items on the agenda of this meeting comply with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:

Item 1

90(1)(d) -   the security of the property of the municipality;

Item 2

90(1)(g) -   litigation or potential litigation affecting the municipality; and

Items 1A, 2, 3, 4 & 5

90(1)(i) -    the receipt of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
