Call to Order:

The Chair called the meeting to order at 5:56 p.m.

AGENDA ADDITIONS (AND DELETIONS) AND COMMUNITY CHARTER CLOSED MEETING COMPLIANCE FOR ADDITIONAL ITEMS

It was moved and seconded

That a legal matter be added to the agenda as an additional item and that this item be deemed in compliance with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:

90(1)(i) -    the receipt of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.

CLOSURE OF THE COMMITTEE MEETING TO THE PUBLIC AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE COMMUNITY CHARTER CLOSED MEETING CRITERIA

Committee hereby declares that the meeting held on March 2, 2026, is to be closed to the public, and that the basis of this closure is that the following items on the agenda of this meeting comply with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:

90(1)(g) -   litigation or potential litigation affecting the municipality; and

90(1)(i) -    the receipt of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; and

Item 3

90(1)(a) personal information about an identifiable individual who holds or is being considered for a position as an officer, employee or agent of the municipality or another position appointed by the municipality.
