Call to Order:

The Chair called the meeting to order at 4:42 p.m.

AGENDA ADDITIONS (AND DELETIONS) AND COMMUNITY CHARTER CLOSED MEETING COMPLIANCE FOR ADDITIONAL ITEMS

It was moved and seconded

That the verbal report from the General Manager, Community Safety, regarding a grant funding opportunity, be added to the agenda as an item and that this item be deemed in compliance with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:

90(2)(b) - the consideration of information received and held in confidence relating to negotiations between the municipality and a provincial government or the federal government, or both, or between a provincial government or the federal government or both and a third party.
