That:

 

 

(1)

Scotch Pond be approved as the location for the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary Pacific Region - Station 10 to moor its boathouse; and

 

 

(2)

Agreement terms for the moorage of the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary – Station 10 be drafted and brought back to Council for approval no later than March 30th 2012.
