That the existing Complimentary Parking program for vehicles displaying veterans’ plates be retained on a permanent basis for the month of November.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

(1)

That the Soil Removal and Fill Deposit Regulation Bylaw No. 8094 be introduced and given first, second and third readings; and

(2)

That Council endorse public education initiatives and the ‘Soil Watch’ signage program to be developed in consultation with the City’s Agricultural Advisory Committee.
