STAFF RECOMMENDATION |

|

That the following bylaws be given first, second and third reading:
|
|
|
|
(1) |
Bylaw 7801 which repeals and replaces Firecracker & Fireworks Regulation Bylaw No. 2116, with the permit process to be initiated upon adoption, but the permit not to be charged until January 1, 2005. |

|
|
(2) |
Bylaw 7802 which amends Municipal Ticket Information Authorization Bylaw No. 7321. |
