Call to Order:

The Chair called the meeting to order at 5:43 p.m.

REPLACEMENT OF COMMUNITY SAFETY BUILDINGS - COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY
(Report: Nov. 28/01, File No.: 2052-02) (REDMS No. 569006)

Mayor Brodie expressed concern that the meeting had not been duly advertised, and he questioned how the meeting could continue without notification first taking place.

As a result of the discussion which ensued on this issue, it was agreed that the reports on funding options for the replacement of community safety buildings and the communications strategy would be referred to the General Purposes Committee meeting scheduled for Monday, December 17^th, 2001.

That the meeting adjourn (5:50 p.m.).
