That staff work with Richmond RCMP and other external agencies to further investigate the merits and effectiveness of the measures identified (in the report dated April 3rd, 2002, from the Director, Transportation) to address street racing as well as other potential measures and report back on the results of the analysis. |

That staff and Richmond RCMP review the results of the public forum on street racing to be held April 9, 2002 and incorporate identified feasible measures into the follow-up report identified in Recommendation 1 above. |
