The Chair called the meeting to order at 5:16 p.m.

AGENDA ADDITIONS (AND DELETIONS) AND COMMUNITY CHARTER CLOSED MEETING COMPLIANCE FOR ADDITIONAL ITEMS

It was moved and seconded

That a land matter and a recognition matter, be added to the agenda as Item No. 2 and Item No. 3 and that these items be deemed in compliance with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:

Item 2

90(1)(e) -    the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality; and

Item 3

90(1)(b) - personal information about an identifiable individual who is being considered for a municipal award or honour, or who has offered to provide a gift to the municipality on condition of anonymity.

CLOSURE OF THE COMMITTEE MEETING TO THE PUBLIC AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE COMMUNITY CHARTER CLOSED MEETING CRITERIA

Committee hereby declares that the meeting held on Tuesday, January 27, 2015, is to be closed to the public, and that the basis of this closure is that the following item on the agenda of this meeting comply with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:

Item 1

90(1)(a) - personal information about an identifiable individual who holds or is being considered for a position as an officer, employee or agent of the municipality or another position appointed by the municipality.
