STAFF RECOMMENDATION

 

 

That:

 

 

(1)

the vision for “Richmond to be the best place in North America to raise children and youth” in support of the City’s main vision, be endorsed;

 

 

(2)

the City of Richmond adopt an Asset-Based Approach;

 

 

(3)

the City of Richmond and the Richmond RCMP provide joint leadership to work towards achieving this vision;  and 

 

 

(4)

staff develop a communication strategy.
