That Official Community Plan Bylaws 7100 and 9000, Amendment Bylaw 9121 to amend Schedule 2.11A in the 2041 Official Community Plan Bylaw 7100, to change the existing Business Office designation to Mixed Use (60% Employment – 40% Residential) designation, be introduced and given first reading; |

That Official Community Plan Bylaw 7100, Amendment Bylaw 9121, having been considered in conjunction with: |

|
|
(a) |
the City’s Financial Plan and Capital Program; and |
||
|
|
|
(b) |
the Greater Vancouver Regional District Solid Waste and Liquid Waste Management Plans; |
||
|
|
|
is hereby found to be consistent with said program and plans, in accordance with Section 882(3)(a) of the Local Government Act; |
|||
|
|
(3) |
That, in accordance with section 879 (2)(b) of the Local Government Act and OCP Bylaw Preparation Consultation Policy 5043, Official Community Plan Bylaws 7100 and 9000, Amendment Bylaw 9121, be referred to the following bodies for comment for the Public Hearing: |
