STAFF RECOMMENDATION

 

 

That the application by Townline Construction Inc., for a Temporary Commercial Use Permit at 9020 Bridgeport Road be considered at the Public Hearing to be held on May 22, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Richmond City Hall, and that the following recommendation be forwarded to that meeting for consideration:

 

 

 

“That a Temporary Commercial Use Permit be issued to Townline Construction Inc., for the property located at 9020 Bridgeport Road to permit the renovation of an existing hotel in order to allow it to be used for Interim Seniors Housing as a Complex Care Facility, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Temporary Commercial Use Permit."
