That Bylaw No. 8780:

to create the “Steveston Conservation Area (SC1, SC2, SC3)” Zone;

 

 

 

(b)

to amend the Richmond Zoning Bylaw No.8500 “General Provisions” specific to the density bonusing for Affordable Housing & Child Care, and other Community Amenities as applied to the “Steveston Conservation Area (SC1, SC2, SC3)” Zone;

 

 

 

(c)

to rezone 3531 Bayview Street from “Light Industrial (IL)” to “Steveston Conservation Area (SC1)”,

 

 

 

be introduced and given First Reading;

 

 

(2)

That, subject to Bylaw No. 8780 being granted Third Reading by Council, a Heritage Alteration Permit be issued to authorize the demolition of an existing building, site preparation and pre-loading, and the required Servicing Agreement works associated with the rezoning of 3531 Bayview Street to “Steveston Conservation Area (SC1)”.
