The Chair called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

CLOSURE OF THE COMMITTEE MEETING TO THE PUBLIC AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE COMMUNITY CHARTER CLOSED MEETING CRITERIA

It was moved and seconded

Committee hereby declares that the meeting held on Tuesday, October 19, 2010, is to be closed to the public, and that the basis of this closure is that the following item on the agenda of this meeting comply with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:

90(1)(b) - personal information about an identifiable individual who is being considered for a municipal award or honour, or who has offered to provide a gift to the municipality on condition of anonymity.
