Purpose of Zoning Amendment:

To create the “High Density Market Rental Residential/Limited Commercial (ZMU45) – Lansdowne Village (City Centre)” zone and to rezone the subject location from “Downtown Commercial (CDT1)” to “High Density Market Rental Residential/Limited Commercial (ZMU45) – Lansdowne Village (City Centre)”, to permit development of a mixed use high-rise development containing approximately 533 m2 (5,732 ft2) commercial space at grade and approximately 149 purpose-built market rental dwelling units.
