Purpose: |
To amend the Agriculture (AG1) Zone to establish density provisions for single-family dwellings to be consistent with urban areas, and to create a maximum limit for all residential buildings to be: (i) 500 m² for lots less than 0.2 hectares and (ii) 1000 m² for lots 0.2 hectares and greater; and to establish a maximum limit for detached accessory buildings to be 70 m² (these limitations are not applicable to agricultural buildings or structures). |
