To create a new “Licensed Health Canada Pharmaceutical Production (ZI11)” zone and rezone the property at 11320 Horseshoe Way from “Industrial Business Park (IB1)” to “Licensed Health Canada Pharmaceutical Production (ZI11)”, to permit development of a medical marihuana production facility, licensed by Health Canada under the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations.
