OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN BYLAW 9000, AMENDMENT BYLAW 9078 PH-3 See Page PH-3 for full report Location: Hamilton Area Applicant: City of Richmond Purpose: To repeal the existing Schedule 2.14 – Hamilton Area Plan and replace it with a new Schedule 2.14 – Hamilton Area Plan. The new Area Plan includes policies on land use and density, community amenity contributions, community recreation, community safety, economic development, agriculture, transportation, the natural environment, infrastructure, parks, public realm and open space as well as new development permit area guidelines for commercial and multi-family development.
