Mayor Brodie opened the proceedings at 7:00 p.m.

Applicant’s Comments:

 

 

The applicant was available to answer questions.

Applicant’s Comments:

 

 

The applicant indicated that he was available to answer questions.

Danny Kolb, 8711 Calder Road, questioned whether there would be any relaxations to the zoning and to the property setbacks for this project.

 

 

Jean Lamontagne, Director of Development confirmed there would not be any variances to the zoning. If that changed, the neighbourhood would receive notification.

Mary Obzera, 8491 No. 4 Road (Schedule 1)

 

 

In a response to a query from Council Mr. Lamontagne advised that the writer had been contacted by staff who explained the rezoning process. Ultimately, Ms. Obzera indicated she was not opposed to the proposed rezoning.
