specifying where single-family residential and coach house development will and will not be permitted;

 

 

 

·                  

requiring a landscape plan prepared by a registered Landscape Architect for single-family residential and coach house rezoning applications;

outlining the requirements for landscaping (and fencing) in the front yard of single-family residential and coach house developments;

 

 

 

·                  

identifying where multiple-family residential development will and will not be permitted;
