Purpose:

To rezone the subject property from Single-Family Housing District, Subdivision Area E (R1/E) to the proposed new Single-Family Housing District (R1 0.6), in order to permit the development of two new single-family residential dwellings with a 0.60 floor area ratio and with access to a future lane.
